Dejavu hits the town with Meat Me in Memphis!
The 5th Annual Meat Me in Memphis was an enormous success.
For four straight years, Chef Gary Williams, has been the hit of night with his unbeatable Seafood Gumbo and Bread Pudding with Whisky Sauce! He is always a delight and a crowd favorite.
One of the things we do in honor of each participating Chef, is donate to a children’s charity close to their hearts. Every year, Chef Gary Williams has been faithful to the Heal the Hood charity. He has raised for them, through us, $2,000.00.
This year’s Meat Me In Memphis Gala was record shattering! Not only did we have record breaking crowds, but we raised just under half a million dollars with 86% of it going straight to children’s charities across the country and especially in the Memphis area.
